We stand behind the quality of our products. All ZGC motors and drives come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment.

 

What’s Covered: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper service.

 

What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

 

Process: If a defect arises, please contact our support team with your product model and order number. We will guide you through the troubleshooting and return process.

We strive for a hassle-free experience. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

 

Conditions: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. A detailed description of the defect is required.

 

Process: Upon approval, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the product back. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement units for warranted items.

For products outside the warranty period or damaged due to mishandling, we offer expert repair services.
