  • Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our products are designed to comply with international standards, including CE and RoHS. Many of our BLDC and stepper motors also carry UL certification. This ensures our high-quality motors meet the safety and regulatory requirements for global markets, including Europe and North America.
  • We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all our products against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Beyond that, our after-sales support includes dedicated technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and integration issues. We are committed to being your reliable partner long after delivery to ensure your success.
  • Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM customization services. We can modify various aspects to meet your exact specifications, including:

Mechanical: Shaft type and size, housing size, mounting brackets, and IP rating (e.g., IP65 waterproof).

Electrical: Voltage, speed, torque, and winding options.

Features: Integrate gearboxes (planetary gear motor or spur gear), encoders, brakes, or specific connectors.

  • Yes, absolutely.
We provide 2D/3D CAD files and other technical documents for download on our product pages. If you can’t find what you need, our support team is ready to assist you directly, ensuring your design process is accurate and efficient.
  • Our servo motors provide superior performance for applications requiring high precision, high speed, and dynamic response. The key advantage is closed-loop control; thanks to the integrated encoder, the system constantly monitors and adjusts position and torque, ensuring accuracy even under varying loads. This makes them ideal for robotics, CNC machinery, and high-speed automation where precision is critical. While stepper motors are excellent for static holding, servos excel in motion control applications that demand both speed and accuracy.
  • Selecting the optimal motor involves several key parameters. For BLDC motors or stepper motors, consider your application’s torque (load requirement), speed (RPM), voltage supply, and physical size constraints. Additionally, factor in the operating environment (does it require a waterproof or IP65 rating?) and any need for precision control (which may require an encoder). Our team provides free technical support to help you select the perfect motor for your industrial automation, medical device, or logistics system project.
  • Brushed DC motors are often more cost-effective for simple, low-duty-cycle applications. However, Brushless DC motors (BLDC motors) offer significant advantages: higher efficiency, longer lifetime (no brushes to wear out), lower noise, and better speed-torque characteristics. They are the preferred choice for demanding applications in robotics, medical equipment, and automation where reliability and performance are critical.
  • After properly connecting the power cable, motor cable and Hall wire, the external potentiometer slowly accelerates. After the motor rotates correctly, it will test the functions such as enable and direction. If you are not familiar with this product, please install it to the actual occasion after test in initial use.
  • Please make sure that the phase wires and Hall wires of the motor are defined before connecting. If you are not sure, please consult the motor manufacturer. Improper connect will cause damage to the driver.
  • The phase wires and the hall wires may be connected incorrectly. Please correctly wire according to the motor’s manual and re-power on to test.
  • The maximum voltage of the speed control signal is 5V. The drive will be broken with voltage above 5V.
  • Yes, this is normal. At normal temperature, the housing reaches 90 degrees after a long period of work, which will not affect the performance.
  • The maximum speed of the brushless motor is determined by the parameters of the motor itself. Driver can control the motor speed from 0 to the max speed.
  •  Yes, please contact us.
