Can ZGC customize a motor for my equipment?

Yes. ZGC supports OEM and ODM projects as well as modifications to standard models. Customizable items may include electrical parameters, winding, shaft, flange, gearbox, encoder, brake, wiring, connector, protection and control configuration. Feasibility depends on the application and volume.

Which motor type should I choose?

BLDC motors are often selected for efficiency and long service life; servo systems for closed-loop precision and dynamics; stepper motors for repeatable incremental positioning; and gear motors for higher output torque at lower speed. Send the operating requirements if you are unsure.

What information should I include for a useful quote?

The application, voltage, speed, torque, duty cycle, available dimensions, shaft or flange needs, environment, control method, estimated quantity and project timing are most useful. A drawing or existing motor label can also help during follow-up.

Can you supply a motor with a gearbox, encoder, brake or driver?

Yes. ZGC offers compatible gearboxes, encoders, brakes and motor drives across selected product families. The team can evaluate the combination as a motion system instead of quoting the motor alone.

Do you support prototypes and mass production?

Yes. The normal cooperation process includes requirements review, evaluation and quotation, engineering, prototyping and validation, mass production, quality control, delivery and after-sales support.
