Developed independently by ZGC, the 80SV Series servo motor is built on a 10-pole core design and carries dual CE and RoHS certifications. It is engineered for three primary application scenarios: automation, transplant modules, and robotic arms. Operating at a rated speed of 3000 RPM, it achieves an optimal balance across four key performance dimensions: power output, control accuracy, energy efficiency, and compliance reliability. Beyond meeting demands for high-frequency start-stop operation and precision positioning, its high reliability and optimized energy efficiency significantly reduce long-term operational costs. • Performance: The 10-pole design delivers high power density, providing stable and strong torque output across the 0–3000 RPM range. Excellent efficiency at the rated operating point results in low system heat generation.

• Performance: Equipped with a high-resolution absolute encoder for micron-level repeat positioning accuracy. Combined with low-to-medium rotor inertia (1.1×10⁻⁴ kg·m²) and optimized electrical parameters (low line resistance and inductance), it ensures fast current response and minimal torque ripple.

• Performance: Benefiting from low winding inductance and resistance design, the motor exhibits an extremely short electrical time constant (<8 ms). Coupled with low rotor inertia, it achieves millisecond-level electromagnetic and mechanical response.
